Gift Packaging
Your jewellery will be sent to you in a gift box, embellished with the logo, inside a tissue lined card postal box.
If you would like a message sent to the gift recipient, this is handwritten on an "Angela Humphrey Designs' postcard. Greetings Cards are available to purchase and can be added, with a personalised message, signed or unsigned.

First Class Postage Across the UK
I usually post via first class signed for postage across the UK. I post frequently across the week, although not daily, and you will receive an email notification when your package is sent. First Class postage takes up to 4 working days to deliver (before being considered delayed). If your package does not arrive after 4 working days please contact me.
If you need a gift sent for guaranteed next day delivery (Special Delivery), please contact me to arrange this. A surcharge will apply.
Workshop Bookings
Workshops have a limited amount of spaces to ensure the comfort of those taking part. Places purchased cannot usually be transferred to other workshops on different dates, locations or with different content.
Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change dates, as this may be possible up to 2 weeks before the workshop date. We are not able to offer refunds or future new workshop places for non-attendance.

Special Requests
Please be mindful that Christmas, and Valentines are peak times for special requests, and if hallmarking is needed, this requires additional time. Please do try and contact me with special requests at least 6 weeks before it is needed if possible. Personalised, and special requests are non-refundable once ordered due to their specialised nature.
